Deliveries and returns

 

We only supply the mainland U.K. at present

Deliveries
 

Individual items and small orders will be posted 2nd class royal mail requiring a signature for proof of delivery and should take 2 to 5 working days to deliver once dispatched

larger orders will be sent by courier requiring a signature for proof of delivery and should take 1 to 3 working days to deliver once dispatched

Post and packing charges

Buy one apron pay £2.50 postage and packaging
Buy two aprons pay £3.00 postage and packaging
Buy three aprons pay £3.50 postage and packaging
Buy four aprons pay £4.00 postage and packaging
Buy five aprons get FREE postage and packaging

Non delivery of goods

Please allow 5 working days from receiving your dispatched email before contacting More Than Aprons about non delivery of goods.
If when checking with Royal Mail or our couriers we find the goods have been signed for then we will take this as proof of delivery,
If we find delivery has not taken place then we will do our best to find your delivery.
If following a reasonable amount of time we cannot find your delivery then we will dispatch replacement goods.

Returns policy - (faulty goods)

No goods can be returned without prior written agreement from More Than Aprons.
We will only accept returned goods where a returns reference number has been obtained.
To obtain a returns reference number and written agreement to return your goods send an email
to: admin@morethanaprons.co.uk giving the reasons for wanting to return your goods.
We will only accept returned goods that require a proof of delivery signature from ourselves,
The postage cost for goods returned will be at the customers expense.
If the goods are proven faulty then a replacement will be supplied free of charge and the return postage will be refunded.
Notification of faulty goods must be given within 14 days of invoice date.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of obtaining a returns reference number and written agreement.

The goods will be returned at the customers expense and this is non refundable.
The returned goods will be inspected and if they are undamaged, and their condition satisfactory a full refund will be given.
Notification of cancellation must be given within 14 days of invoice date.
