Orders and Payments

 

We only supply the mainland U.K. at present.

Orders

All prices quoted on our web site include V.A.T. at the prevailing rate and are applicable to U.K. orders only
Customers Ordering over the internet will receive an order confirmation email after placing their order, then will receive an email notification when their order is dispatched and finally another email when the order is completed.

If on receiving an order confirmation email the customer finds an error they should contact by email admin@morethanaprons.co.uk with their query immediately. Dispatch of goods may be prompt and we are unable to stop a delivery from taking place once it has been dispatched.

Most orders received before 11 o’clock on a working day will be dispatched the same day.
Any order  received after
11 o’clock will be dispatched the next working day.
We may experience high volumes of orders during public bank holidays and festive periods. These higher volumes may delay the dispatch of goods.
All orders received on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.
All orders received over a bank holiday or holiday closure time, will be dispatched as soon as possible usually within 5 working days.
If the goods ordered are out of stock a substitute may be offered or a full refund given

 

Payments

More Than Aprons trade online using the hosted Paypal processing system.
This allows you to buy from us using your credit card, debit card or Paypal account, your order will be paid for before dispatch and goods are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.
