General

P & N L Moore trading as More Than Aprons ("we" or "us").These terms of business relate solely to More Than Aprons.
Whenever we agree to sell our goods these terms apply to the exclusion of any other unless otherwise agreed in writing by the prorietors of More Than Aprons.
No order placed by you shall be deemed to be accepted by us until a written or email acknowledgement of the order is issued by us or (if earlier) we deliver the goods to you. No order deemed to be accepted by us may be cancelled by you except in accordance our terms and conditions.
You are responsible to us for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order submitted by you and for giving us any necessary information within a sufficient time to enable us to perform our obligations regarding the supply of goods to you.
We reserve the right to make changes to the items shown on this website.
We do our best to limit variations in colour and trim but owing to technical constraints Aprons may vary slightly in colour due to the manufacturing processes and your computer screen colours may vary slightly to the colours of the product.
We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions of items are reasonably accurate.
More Than Aprons may with out notice change its Terms and Conditions and you should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.
We will not be held responsible for loss of any description incured whilst using this web site or its links.
Do not use this site if you do not agree with these terms and conditions.
 

Orders and Payments

 

Orders

We only supply the mainland U.K at present.

All prices quoted on our web site include V.A.T. at the prevailing rate and are applicable to U.K. orders only.
Customers Ordering over the internet will receive an order confirmation email after placing their order, then will receive an email notification when their order is dispatched and finally another email when the order is completed.

If on receiving an order confirmation email the customer finds an error they should contact by email admin@morethanaprons.co.uk with their query immediately. Dispatch of goods may be prompt and we are unable to stop a delivery from taking place once it has been dispatched.

Most orders received before 11 oclock on a working day will be dispatched the same day.
Any order received after 11 oclock will be dispatched the next working day.

We may experience high volumes of orders during public bank holidays and festive periods.  These higher volumes may delay the dispatch of goods.
All orders received on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.
All orders received over a bank holiday or holiday closure time, will be dispatched as soon as possible usually within 5 working days.
If the goods ordered are out of stock a substitute may be offered or a full refund given

 

Payments

More Than Aprons trade online using the hosted Paypal processing system.
This allows you to buy from us using your credit card, debit card or Paypal account, your order will be paid for before dispatch and goods are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.

Deliveries and returns

We only supply the mainland U.K. at present
 

Deliveries

Individual items and small orders will be posted 2nd class royal mail requiring a signature for proof of delivery and should take 2 to 5 working days to deliver once dispatched.
larger orders will be sent by courier requiring a signature for proof of delivery and should take 1 to 3 working days to deliver once dispatched.

Post and packing charges

Buy one apron pay £2.50 postage and packaging.
Buy two aprons pay £3.00 postage and packaging.
Buy three aprons pay £3.50 postage and packaging.
Buy four aprons pay £4.00 postage and packaging.
Buy five aprons get FREE postage and packaging

 

Non delivery of goods

Please allow 5 working days from receiving your dispatched email before contacting More Than Aprons about non delivery of goods.
If when checking with Royal Mail or our couriers we find the goods have been signed for then we will take this as proof of delivery.
If we find delivery has not taken place then we will do our best to find your delivery.
If following a reasonable amount of time we cannot find your delivery then we will dispatch replacement goods.

Returns policy - (faulty goods)

No goods can be returned without prior written agreement from More Than Aprons.
We will only accept returned goods where a returns reference number has been obtained.
To obtain a returns reference number and written agreement to return your goods send an email
to: admin@morethanaprons.co.uk giving the reasons for wanting to return your goods.
We will only accept returned goods that require a proof of delivery signature from ourselves,
The postage cost for goods returned will be at the customers expense.
If the goods are proven faulty then a replacement will be supplied free of charge and the return postage will be refunded.
Notification of faulty goods must be given within 14 days of invoice date.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of obtaining a returns reference number and written agreement.

We will only accept returned goods that require a proof of delivery signature from ourselves,
The goods will be returned at the customers expense and this is non refundable.

he returned goods will be inspected and if they are undamaged, and their condition satisfactory a full refund will be given.
Notification of cancellation must be given within 14 days of invoice date.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of obtaining a returns reference number and written agreement

PCI DSS compliance (PAYMENT CARD INDUSTRY DATA SECURITY STANDARD

PCI DSS is a security standard by which all credit card processors need to comply.
If a company process the credit card on their computer then they will need to comply with the PCI DSS standards.
If a company uses paypal or any other hosted processor , then the hosted processor needs to comply with the PCI DSS.

Hosted processors include PAY PAL, GOOGLE CHECK OUT, SAGE PAY, CARDSAVE and others

More Than Aprons use Pay Pal a hosted credit card processor , pay pal is a PCI DSS compliant company

More Than Aprons do not have your credit card information on their computers. and are not required to be PCI DSS compliant.

 

128 bit secure

More Than Aprons use Ekm powershop as their shop provider, therfore all their customers’ details and payment information is kept safe and secure. Ekms servers are protected by hardware firewalls and their payment pages are protected by a 128 bit secure servers.
